We ship to de US and CANADA only. Shipping carriers and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Fantasteec is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been dispatched.

You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at fantasteec.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
